Temp to Perm - This option allows businesses to evaluate the worker before making a full time hiring decision. This helps to reduce turnover by allowing both client and worker to determine if there is a perfect fit within the organization.
Permanent Placement - The recruitment team at Optimistic Employment will source prescreens, select and interview potential candidates based on the detailed job description and company requirements; after which candidate files will be sent for review by the company and an interview will be scheduled at their convenience.
Payroll Services - This service eliminates
administrative and accounting burdens allowing the clients to maintain control over their recruiting. Optimistic Employment handles payroll administration covering all payroll costs which are inclusive of the following: Women's Compensation, Employer Health Tax, Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan and Vacation Pay. In addition to Government Remittances, Optimistic Employment offers payroll setup, pay cheques, T4 statements, and Records of Employment. The clients will be given an inclusive bill rate that covers all of the above.
